Justin Timberlake Cancels Final U.S. Tour Stop: ‘It Breaks My Heart’

By Website Content Manager

“I’m devastated,” the singer shared just hours before the scheduled show in Ohio.

Justin Timberlake has called off the final stop of his tour.

Just hours before his last North American performance on the Forget Tomorrow World Tour, the 44-year-old singer announced that health issues forced him to cancel.

“You guys, I’m heartbroken,” Timberlake shared on Instagram on Thursday, Feb. 27. “I have to cancel the show tonight.”

Timberlake shared that he arrived at soundcheck for his Columbus, Ohio, show “battling the flu,” but it had ultimately gotten the best of him.

“It breaks my heart to let you down, as well as my team who worked so hard to bring this show to life,” he wrote. “I want to assure you that refunds will be provided for your tickets. I love you all.”

Timberlake didn’t share any further details in his post.

Fans showed their support and understanding, with one commenting, “I flew in from CA, but you know what… your health comes first. True fans know that. Love you. Feel better.”

Thursday’s concert, originally set as the final stop of Timberlake’s U.S. tour, had already been postponed once before. Back in late October, the singer had to delay the show after being diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis.

At the time, he addressed fans on Instagram, writing, “Hey guys – I haven’t been feeling great the last few shows, and it turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis. I’m so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2. New dates listed above. Thank you for understanding – I’ll make it up to you ❤️‍🩹 – JT.”

Timberlake revealed his Forget Tomorrow World Tour during a January 2024 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he also debuted his single Selfish and announced the title of his album.

His latest album, Everything I Thought It Was, dropped in March—marking his first release in six years since Man of the Woods in 2018.

The world tour officially began on April 29, 2024, in Vancouver.

“Just one more show left… and I wanted to take a moment to appreciate this amazing tour family,” Timberlake wrote in a post. “These are the people who make everything happen behind the scenes. You may not see them on stage, but none of this would be possible without each and every one of them. So much love. Let’s do it ONE MORE TIME tomorrow night in Columbus!”
