The Los Angeles estate featured in Sabrina Carpenter’s “House Tour” music video is now up for sale, carrying a price tag of $37 million.
Known as the Disco Volante Estate, the expansive 13,000-square-foot residence was finished in 2023 and designed by Vantage Design Group. The property listing highlights that the home was carefully developed over a seven-year period with exceptional attention to detail.
According to the listing, there were essentially no financial limits during construction, with a clear priority on achieving the highest quality in every aspect.
The property is being marketed by Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of the Williams and Williams Estates Group. For those not ready to purchase, the estate is also available to rent for $185,000 per month.
Situated in the Hollywood Hills, the contemporary home includes six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Its design blends influences from Brazilian and Asian styles, while also drawing inspiration from the rock-and-roll culture of the Sunset Strip. Perched on a hillside, the property offers sweeping, unobstructed views stretching from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
Luxury features include a large infinity pool overlooking the city, a professional-grade kitchen, a private theater, and even an exclusive speakeasy-style nightclub.
Fans were given a creative glimpse of the home on April 6 when Sabrina Carpenter, 26, showcased it in the music video for “House Tour,” a track from her album Man’s Best Friend.
Directed by Carpenter alongside Margaret Qualley, the video also stars Madelyn Cline. In the storyline, the trio plays a “Pretty Girl Clean-up Crew” who enter the house pretending to tidy it up—but instead secretly rob the owners, rummaging through rooms, packing up belongings, and even making off with a sports car.
