The satin cap-sleeved design by Undone by Kate is presently open for preorders.
Selena Gomez’s closet may boast many exclusive pieces, but her newest addition is up for grabs!
During the launch of Rare Beauty’s latest offering, the Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush, the multi-talented actress and singer, aged 31, enhanced the radiant product with a bespoke satin corset top in a soft pink hue.
Dubbed The Hope Corset, this top was meticulously crafted by designer Kate March of Undone by Kate in collaboration with Gomez’s stylist, Erin Walsh.
This isn’t the first time Gomez has donned a creation by March. She previously stunned in one of the designer’s ensembles—a custom purple corset minidress—at an MTV VMAs afterparty last September.
For her most recent March ensemble, the designer worked closely with Walsh to guarantee that the bespoke, cap-sleeved corset perfectly matched the tones of the new campaign.
Crafted from “stretch duchess satin,” the lustrous top is currently open for preorders at $400 on the Undone by Kate website.
For Selenators aiming to not just acquire the top but also replicate the singer’s complete launch-day ensemble, pairing the top with denim and accessorizing abundantly with gold, true to Gomez’s style, is the way to go. And of course, don’t forget to add Rare Beauty’s latest powder blush. (Gomez herself favors the shades Cheer or Happy, as she shared with PEOPLE!)
According to Gomez, the Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush merges two beloved products — the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush and Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighter — into a singular, “exceptional” powder formulation that customers have eagerly requested since the inception of her beauty brand.
“Whether I’m on set, hitting the red carpet, or just chilling with friends, there’s truly no incorrect way to wear it,” expressed the Only Murders in the Building star about the new addition. “For daytime, I naturally lean towards Cheer—it’s such an effortless shade and I adore how it adds a radiant touch to my complexion.”
The blush, available in six shades — Hope, Happy, Joy, and Love derived from the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, with Cheer and Truth being new additions! — will be retailing for $26. Starting March 27, it will be accessible on the Sephora app and on March 28 at Sephora, Sephora at Kohl’s, and RareBeauty.com.
Gomez initially hinted at the new product, highlighting its “gorgeous sheen,” through an entertaining Instagram video last week. Speaking with PEOPLE, she expressed how enjoyable it was collaborating with the Rare Beauty team on its development.
Involving friends in the color selection process, Gomez mentioned that “the biggest challenge was stopping at six shades!”
The actress subsequently unveiled the product in an Instagram post on Monday, stating her desire to encapsulate the essence of confidence in its formulation, affirming that the new blush indeed achieves this goal.
