Sabrina Carpenter’s Newest “Arrest” During Her Pittsburgh Concert Was None Other Than Gigi Hadid: “I’m Getting So Hot and Flustered”

Sabrina Carpenter made yet another playful “arrest” on her Short n’ Sweet tour — and this time, her chosen “criminal” was Gigi Hadid.
At the pop star’s Pittsburgh show on Thursday, Oct. 23, the 30-year-old model became the newest person to be “arrested for being a gorgeous girl,” a running gag Carpenter performs before launching into her song “Juno.”
Fan videos from the night show Hadid, dressed in a white tee layered under an animal-print tank and paired with jeans, smiling as she interacted with the “Espresso” singer, 26.
“Gigi, where are you from?” Carpenter asked from the stage. When Hadid replied that she’s from Bucks County, Carpenter playfully responded, “Wow, maybe we’re soulmates! Gigi, I’m getting so hot and flustered.”
Staying true to tradition, Carpenter handed over her signature pink, fuzzy handcuffs — twirling them in the air and telling the crowd, “This one is for Gigi, everybody.”
As the first notes of “Juno” began, she added, “Let’s make it super loud — she’s really beautiful and nervous.”
Later, Hadid shared moments from the concert on her Instagram Stories, including a snapshot of Carpenter with the caption, “Hey angel.”
Hadid joins a growing list of stars who’ve been “arrested” during Carpenter’s tour. Recent honorary “detainees” include Millie Bobby Brown in Atlanta, Emma Bunton during Carpenter’s March 8 performance at London’s O2 Arena, Marcello Hernández at her Kia Forum show in Los Angeles last November, and actress Margaret Qualley at another stop that same month.
The model’s surprise concert appearance followed her runway return at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, where she stunned in two standout ensembles — including a glittering pink lingerie set featuring a sparkly bustier, lace-trimmed briefs, a rose-petal cape, and delicate ankle-strap heels.
