The singer’s well-defined legs serve as an additional advantage.

Miley Cyrus, in an interview with W Magazine published on June 3, revealed her preference for wearing heels to the gym, expressing her desire to feminize the workout environment. She explained that she practices in heels as part of her mantra of “practice how you perform,” likening it to an athlete’s approach. Despite the gym’s tough appearance, she incorporates elegance with her ivory Gucci slingbacks, inspired by Marilyn Monroe. Cyrus emphasized her interest in beautifying the workout space, noting the typically unattractive workout equipment. While the choice of high heels contributes to her toned physique, she also sees it as a way to connect with her stage persona. She highlighted the existence of a more intimate, sacred aspect of her life beyond her public persona as a performer.

Miley Cyrus mentioned that her mentors from the industry, such as Beyoncé and Dolly Parton, can understand the concept of having a performer persona, drawing from their own experiences.

Cyrus reflected on her relationship with Beyoncé, particularly noting their mutual commitment to privacy. Despite collaborating on Beyoncé’s eclectic album “Cowboy Carter,” Cyrus emphasized that their connection extends beyond work. She highlighted the significance of their personal relationship, separate from their public personas, which she values deeply. This sentiment also applies to her relationship with Dolly Parton and others in the industry.

Beyoncé’s influence on Cyrus extends to her signature style as well. Cyrus recalled a thoughtful gesture from Beyoncé, who gifted her a House of Deréon jacket adorned with gold studs and personalized jeans with her name on them. Cyrus even referenced this in her song “Cattitude,” where she mentions receiving Deréon clothing from the “house of the queen” for her 16th birthday.
