“Justin Bieber Switches Up His Instagram Handle After Posting a Dozen Times in a Single Day”

By Website Content Manager

“The artist also shared a few heartfelt snapshots featuring his son, Jack Blues.”

Justin Bieber recently made a notable update to his online identity.

On Thursday, June 26, the 31-year-old pop star introduced his new Instagram handle, @lilbieber, while also posting a carousel of images featuring his baby son, Jack Blues. Until then, his account had used his full name. The change wasn’t formally announced, and Bieber has yet to explain the reasoning behind the new username.

Among the photos shared were two touching shots of Bieber and Jack, who was sitting in a cardboard box surrounded by a few colorful ball pit balls. Bieber and his wife, Hailey, welcomed Jack in August 2024. The sweet father-son moment marked Bieber’s tenth post on Instagram that same day.

He captioned the photos with a simple string of emojis: “🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️.”

In recent weeks, Bieber has been posting more glimpses of his life as a dad. On June 24, he uploaded a black-and-white picture of Jack, and on Father’s Day, June 15, he shared a shot of Jack at the piano with Hailey. On June 13, he posted a cozy image of himself cradling Jack at home.

Alongside these more personal moments, Bieber has also been active on social media with a stream of enigmatic posts.

On June 11, he uploaded a smiling black-and-white selfie to Instagram, pairing it with the song “Forever” by The Little Dippers. In the caption, he reflected: “The secret in life is forgiveness.” That same day, he posted another carousel featuring six blurry selfies, including playful expressions, shirtless pictures, and unfocused shots.

Just a few days later, on Father’s Day, he posted screenshots of a text conversation in which he appeared to cut ties with a friend. The messages suggested Bieber felt criticized during a period of personal struggle. One read, “I would never suppress my emotions for someone. Conflict is a part of relationship. If you don’t like my anger, you don’t like me.” Another added, “My anger is a response to pain I have been thru.”
