“The musician is presently performing alongside his brothers, Nick and Kevin, on tour.”
Joe Jonas just proved that even pop stars have everyday human moments.
The 36-year-old Jonas Brothers singer had a playful comeback after a fan shared a video that appeared to catch him cleaning out his nose backstage during a recent show.
The TikTok clip—which quickly spread online—showed Jonas glancing in a mirror while using a black cloth to wipe his nose. At one point, he seemed to pick at it before dabbing with the cloth again and returning to the stage.
Though the original post has since been made private, screenshots circulated on X, where fans pointed out that Jonas himself was the first to joke about the incident. His comment read: “lol you never had a booger?”
Supporters quickly came to his defense online. One fan wrote, “Y’all leave Joe alone… the man was just making sure he didn’t have any boogers. Relax.” Another added, “This app is insufferable. People always try to turn Joe Jonas into a scandal. Let him blow his nose in peace.” Others poked fun at the moment, with one user quipping, “I never thought I’d witness Joe Jonas pick his nose, but hey—he’s human too.”
This isn’t the first time Jonas has laughed off an embarrassing concert moment. In a 2023 interview on KIIS FM’s Will & Woody, he admitted that he once had an accident on stage.
“I was hanging out with some friends the other day, and we talked about how there’s always that one time in adulthood you can remember… when you, you know, messed your pants,” Jonas recalled.
He explained further: “It was definitely the wrong day to wear white. I thought it was just a small toot, but nope—it was more than that. I had to do a mid-set wardrobe change. It was rough.”
Jonas joked that while the memory was still fresh, he’d managed to laugh it off with the help of “a lot of therapy.”
Currently, the Jonas Brothers are touring North America with their JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour. Along the way, they’ve brought out special guests including Kelsea Ballerini, Ryan Cabrera, and the Plain White T’s—and even played a role in reuniting Fifth Harmony on stage.
