Nick, Joe, and Kevin are hitting the road this summer for their Living the Dream tour — and they’re taking JONASCON along for the ride.
What would you do if the Jonas Brothers were waiting for you at the end of an Escape Game?
In an exclusive video shared with PEOPLE, three lucky fans discovered just how amazing that moment could be.
Nick, Joe, and Kevin surprised the fans during their Escape Game experience at JONASCON at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey on March 23. Their unexpected appearance even brought one fan to tears.
At the beginning of the music-themed Escape Room, fans are told that Kevin, 37, accidentally left his guitar at the JoBros’ songwriting cabin in the mountains ahead of an upcoming concert. Fortunately, the Escape Game participants are nearby and can help track it down.
“This is where you guys come in,” Joe, 35, says to the fans in the intro clip. “We have this cabin where we go to write our music. Kevin lost his guitar in there. We need your help!”
Nick, 32, adds, “And now we’re counting on you, some of our most trusted fans, to save the day.” He continues with a playful, “No pressure, but also, very much pressure.” Fans are then given one hour to crack codes and solve clues filled with Jonas Brothers-themed Easter eggs as they navigate through the Escape Game.
In the video shared with PEOPLE, courtesy of the Escape Game, the Jonas Brothers wait excitedly at the bottom of a slide, where fans emerge at the end of the experience.
As the 2008 hit “Burnin’ Up” starts playing, the brothers prepare to surprise the fans with their presence.
The first fan to slide down exclaims, “Oh my God!” upon seeing the brothers. Her friends shout, “No way! No way! No way!” when they hear the Jonas Brothers’ voices and quickly follow her down to join them. The fans are visibly emotional after meeting Nick, Joe, and Kevin, and they’re rewarded with VIP tickets to the concert that night.
In a twist of fate, they also manage to find Kevin’s missing guitar — ensuring the show will go on!
After the unforgettable one-day fan event JONASCON, the Jonas Brothers have an exciting year ahead. On August 8, they will release their upcoming album Greetings from Your Hometown, which includes their new single “Love Me to Heaven.”
At JONASCON, Nick, Joe, and Kevin also revealed that they’re taking their ultimate fan experience on the road with their JONAS20: Living The Dream Tour in August. The tour will kick off in New Jersey before traveling to cities across the U.S. through November.
“I think the cool part about JONASCON and this chapter of our journey… is how these individual projects and journeys we’ve gone on have really shaped who we’ve become as brothers, as a family, but also as a band,” Nick shared with PEOPLE in March.
